以可編程控制器PLC 為核心，形成純滯后一階閉環溫度自動監控系統。在加熱階段
采用模糊控制算法進行升溫控制。保溫階段，采用PI 算法實現恒溫控制。即采用模糊控制和PI 控制相結合辦法，達到金剛石燒結體溫度穩定控制的目的。結果表明：該系統穩定誤差不超過0.5%，超調量為1%。具有響應速度快，穩定時間短，控制精度高等特點，具有推
廣應用價值。

Abstract：In this paper, an automatic temperature control system for diamond sintered
body was designed based on programmable controller PLC.It is a pure time delay
one-step closed loop temperature automatic monitoring system. It uses the fuzzy
control algorithm to carry on the elevation of temperature control. The heat
preservation stage, mainly uses the PI algorithm to realize constant temperature
control. Using the fuzzy control and the PI control, the stable temperature control
goal for diamond sintered body can be achieved. The result indicated that the system
stable error does not surpass 0.5%, the over is 1%.Having the characteristics of short temperature control time and the higher control precision, It can be widely used in the making and processing of the diamond
