TLV62095器件是一款高頻同步降壓轉換器,經優化具有小解決方案尺寸和高效率兩大優點,非常適合電池供電類應用。為了最大限度地提高效率,該轉換器以1.4MHz的標稱開關頻率在脈寬調制(PWM)模式下工作,并且會在輕負載電流條件下自動進入節能工作模式。在分布式電源和負載點穩壓應用中,該器件允許對其他電壓軌的電壓進行跟蹤,并且允許采用介于10μF至150μF范圍內甚至更高的輸出電容。通過使用DCS-Control?技術,此器件可實現出色的負載靜態性能以及精確的輸出電壓調節。
輸出電壓啟動斜坡由軟啟動引腳控制,可由獨立電源供電運行,也可在跟蹤配置下運行。通過配置EN和PG引腳還可實現電源排序。在節能模式下,該器件靜態工作電流的典型值為20μA。在整個負載電流范圍內,自動進入省電模式并且以無方式保持高效。
該器件采用3mm x 3mm的16引腳超薄四方扁平無引線(VQFN)封裝。
