為了提高水廠的效率和自動化程度，采用了Rockwell公司的ControlLogix系統，實現水廠氣浮工藝的自動監控。重點研究了ControlLogix的可編程序控制器（Programmable Logic Controller, PLC）-人機接口（Human Machine Interface, HMI）系統在水廠氣浮工藝中的應用。結果表明：系統硬件、軟件設計方案合理，能夠實現預想的功能，證明了該方案的可行性。

Abstract：For the sake of the exaltation of the efficiency and the automation degrees of water factory, it is adopted the ControlLogix system of Rockwell, which carry out automatic supervision of the dissolved air flotation technology. The application of the system of PLC（Programmable Logic Controller）-HMI（Human Machine Interface）of ControlLogix in dissolved air flotation technology is emphasized. The result shows: the design of the hardware and software of the system is reasonable, and the expectant function is fulfilled, which proved the possibility of that project.
