TPS6301x器件為由兩節(jié)或三節(jié)堿性電池,鎳氫電池或鎳氫電池供電的產(chǎn)品提供電源解決方案,電池鋰離子或鋰聚合物電池。使用單節(jié)鋰離子或鋰聚合物電池時(shí),輸出電流可高達(dá)1200 mA,并將其放電至2.5 V或更低。降壓 - 升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器基于使用同步整流的固定頻率脈沖寬度調(diào)制(PWM)控制器,以獲得最大效率。在低負(fù)載電流時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)換器進(jìn)入省電模式,以在寬負(fù)載電流范圍內(nèi)保持高效率。可以禁用省電模式,強(qiáng)制轉(zhuǎn)換器以固定的開關(guān)頻率運(yùn)行。開關(guān)中的最大平均電流限制為典型值2200 mA。輸出電壓可使用外部電阻分壓器進(jìn)行編程,或在芯片內(nèi)部固定。可以禁用轉(zhuǎn)換器以最大限度地減少電池消耗。在關(guān)機(jī)期間,負(fù)載與電池?cái)嚅_。該器件采用20引腳DSBGA封裝,尺寸為2.126 mm×1.922 mm(YFF)。
