      TPS548D22器件是一款緊湊型單通道降壓轉換器，具有自適應導通時間D-CAP3模式控制。該器件專為高精度，高效率，快速瞬態響應，易于使用，外部組件較少且空間受限的電源系統而設計。

      該器件采用全差分感應和TI集成FET，高側導通電阻為此外，該器件還具有0.5％的精度和0.9V基準電壓，環境溫度范圍介于-40°C和+ 125°C之間。具有競爭力的特性包括：極少的外部組件數，精確的負載調節和線路調節，自動跳躍或FCCM工作模式以及內部軟啟動控制。

      TPS548D22器件采用7mm×5mm，40引腳，LQFN-CLIP （RVF）封裝（RoHs豁免）。
