TPS56221器件是一款高效的大電流同步降壓轉換器,可由4.5V至14V范圍內的電源供電運行。當負載電流高達25A時,該器件可產生低至0.6V的輸出電壓。集成的NexFET功率MOSFET尺寸小且易于使用。
該器件可通過電壓前饋補償實施電壓模式控制,能夠在輸入電壓變化時間即做響應。
TPS56221采用22引腳散熱增強型PQFN(DQP)PowerPAD封裝。
該器件支持高度的設計靈活性,可提供各種用戶可編程功能,其中包括軟啟動,過流保護(OCP)電平以及環路補償.ODP電平可通過ILIM引腳與電路接地之間連接的單個外部電阻進行編程。在初始上電排序過程中,該器件會進入校準周期,測量ILIM引腳電壓,并設置內部OCP電壓。在工作期間,器件可在通電時通過將可編程OCP電壓與低側FET兩端的壓降進行比較來判斷是否為過狀況。之后,器件會進入關斷/重啟周期,直到故障消除為止。
