LM20是一款精密模擬輸出CMOS集成電路溫度傳感器,工作溫度范圍為-55°C至130°C。電源工作范圍為2.4 V至5.5 V.LM20的傳遞函數主要是線性的,但具有輕微可預測的拋物線曲率。當指定為拋物線傳遞函數時,LM20的精度在環境溫度為30°C時為±1.5°C。溫度誤差線性增加,在極端溫度范圍內達到最大±2.5°C。溫度范圍受電源電壓的影響。在2.7 V至5.5 V的電源電壓下,極端溫度范圍為130°C和-55°C。將電源電壓降至2.4 V會將負極性值更改為-30°C,而正極值則保持在130°C。
