Maxim公司的MAX32650–MAX32652是超低功耗存儲器可升級的微控制器MCU),集成了具有浮點單元(FPU)的Arm? Cortex?-M4核和3MB以及1MB SRAM,存儲器升級有多個存儲器擴展接口包括HyperBus?/Xccela? The MAX32650–MAX32652 are ultra-low power memory-scalable microcontrollers designed specifically for high-performance, battery-powered applications. It is based on an Arm? Cortex?-M4 with a floating point unit (FPU) with 3MB flash and 1MB SRAM. Memory scalability is supported with multiple memory-expansion interfaces, including a HyperBus?/Xccela? DDR interface and two SPI execute in place (SPIX) interfaces. A secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC, and microSD?。

Extensive power management features provide fine-grained clock and voltage controls. The system clock can be selected from one of four on-chip oscillators from 8kHz to 120MHz as well as the external 32kHz crystal oscillator.Five low power modes provide configurable clocks, peripheral, and power management schemes. Individual SRAM banks of 32KB, 96KB, or 1024KB (full retention) can be placed in a mode to reduce power consumption while retaining SRAM contents.

A SmartDMA performs complex background processing on data being transferred, from simple arithmetic to multiply/accumulate, while the CPU is off. This dramatically reduces overall power consumption compared to conven-tional DMA solutions.

Multiple serial interfaces, each with dedicated FIFOs, allow communication to external sensors. A 4-input, 10-bit ADC monitors system power supplies. An I2S port supportsbidirectional audio streaming.

The MAX32651 includes a trust protection unit (TPU) to provide advanced security features such as a modular arith-metic accelerator (MAA) for fast ECDSA, an AES engine, TRNG, SHA-256 hash, and secure bootloader. A memory decryption integrity unit (MDIU) provides on-the-fly data decryption (plain or executable) stored in external flash.

The MAX32652 is a high-density, 0.35mm pitch, 140-bump WLP package targeted for tiny form factor products that require high I/O counts.
