密封艙密封性能智能檢測儀的研制 Re earch and Development of lntelligent Detector for Hermetization of Sealed Cabin

摘要研制出了一種基于AT89C52 單片機系統的智能化實時檢測儀，實現了對密封艙氣壓、溫度、濕度的檢測及氣壓的控制，同時具有參數設置、LCD 實時數據顯示、聲光報警、檢測結果打印和串口通信等功能，實現了測控過程的自動化、測量結果的數字化以及測控功能的多樣化，提高了密封性能檢測過程中的測量控制精度，降低了檢測人員的勞動強度。

Abstract A real time intelligent detector based on AT89C52 single chip computer is developed. The instrument implemented the functions of detection and control for air pressure，temperature and humidity in sealed cabin，and offered parameter settings，LCD real time data display，audio and visual alarm，and printout of detecting results，as well as serial communication，etc. The detecting is automatic，the measuring results are in digital，and the functions are diversified. The measuring and control accuracy in performance detection of sealed cabin is enhanced and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
