該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了洗衣機(jī)類電機(jī)的智能在線動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)處理功能，通過集散控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了80V 低壓自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，匝間286V 絕緣，空載220V 運(yùn)行，堵轉(zhuǎn)、耐壓、噪聲等性能參數(shù)的在線動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)，并較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)的顯示和統(tǒng)計(jì)，
從而大大地方便了用戶，此外，該系統(tǒng)通過基于聚類的K 簇算法對(duì)積累的電機(jī)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，根據(jù)檢測(cè)參數(shù)的規(guī)律分析出易出問題的工位，為有效管理提出了依據(jù)，切實(shí)提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

Abstract ：This system realizes intelligent online dynamic detect and data processing for
electric machine of washing-machine, using Distributed Control System, realizes the online
dynamic detect of performance parameter:80V low voltage startup,286V insulation between
circles, empty load 220V running, stop-rolling, bear voltage, yawp, and so on, and could be show or statistics，otherwise, the system mining the data of Electric machine detected by K-Cluster arithmetic basic on clustering, analyse the work position that easy trouble on the rules of data, offer the grounds for effect management, improve production efficiency and product quality.
