在白內(nèi)障超聲波乳化手術(shù)中，只靠人眼憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷管頭處晶體核密度是比較困難的，
為了適當(dāng)?shù)慕档瓦@一問(wèn)題的難度，并同時(shí)為了給醫(yī)生提供一些輔助性幫助，本文提出一種新穎的自動(dòng)實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤超聲波管頭的算法，算法采取由粗到細(xì)逐步精確定位的思想：首先以行列結(jié)合的掃描方式定位目標(biāo)體大體的活動(dòng)范圍，然后采用一種新穎的基于活動(dòng)觸角模板并結(jié)合改進(jìn)的帶有方向邊緣信息的啟發(fā)式搜索的方法，快速準(zhǔn)確的定位出管頭的位置。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，活動(dòng)觸角模板結(jié)合改進(jìn)的啟發(fā)式搜索的這一目標(biāo)定位新方法可以充分滿足實(shí)時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性兩方面的要求。

The Mobile Antenna Template In The Goal Location XU Zhengguang 1, Hou Qiang2 【Abstract】In the Cataract ultrasonic wave emulsification surgery ,Due to the fact that it is difficult to judge the crystal nucleus’s density only by eyes , this paper put forward a kind of arithmetic of automatic real-time tracking the top of the ultrasonic tube in the operation. The idea of positioning exactly from wide to narrow gradually is adopted in the article. After the general movement scope of the target body is positioned by scan which is the row and line combined style, a kind of new method which can fix the position of the tube’s top quickly and exactly is adopted. The new method is a combination with improved heuristic search with direction edge information and the active antenna templet. The test result indicate that the new location method of heuristic search jointed with the active antenna templet can satisfy the requirement of real-time and veracity.
