在信息化技術支持下，資源共享系統(tǒng)允許資源提供者與資源請求者間通過軟件界面
進行資源服務交易；讓協(xié)商雙方透過軟件界面進行協(xié)商的協(xié)商支持系統(tǒng)，幫助消除買賣雙方對資源服務價格的分歧、提高交易成功率。傳統(tǒng)協(xié)商支持系統(tǒng)的協(xié)商過程帶有協(xié)商時間長和協(xié)商過程復雜問題，因此提出采用半自動化協(xié)商的方法縮短協(xié)商時間和簡化協(xié)商過程。仿真實驗證明，半自動化協(xié)商過程不會影響原來的協(xié)商成功率并大幅度提高協(xié)商效率。

Semi-automated Negotiation Process, within Resource-Sharing System

Abstract: Resource-Sharing System leverage information technology to allow resource-providers and resource-requesters to trade services with each others through software interfaces; embedded negotiation support function allows buyers and sellers to negotiate product prices via software interfaces; hence it reduces conflicts related to service prices; and it would lead to greater trading efficiency. Traditional negotiation process has a few shortcomings, such as long human engagement time and complicated procedures. A semi-automated negotiation process is presented to reduce the human engagement time with simple procedures. Experimental results show that, the new approach will not damage the original negotiation success rate; furthermore, it will improve the trading
efficiency.
