本文分析嵌入式設(shè)備的特點，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出充分利用嵌入式設(shè)備提供的接口資源，
實現(xiàn)故障檢測和診斷的方法，將設(shè)備故障定位到電路板級，為板級電路的故障檢測和診斷奠定基礎(chǔ)。此種方法在復(fù)雜工程環(huán)境下，無需拆卸嵌入式設(shè)備即可判斷整機性能，達到故障檢測和診斷的基本要求。在這一方法基礎(chǔ)上，本文以某車載GPS 導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)為被測對象，詳細介紹了故障檢測和診斷系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the embedded equipment, a fault detection and
diagnostic technique based on serial communication is put forward in the paper. This method
achieves the board-level fault detection, provides foundation for the component-level fault
detection and diagnosis, and meets the basic needs of fault detection and diagnosis without
disassemble the equipment under complex environments. Based on this method, the paper
introduces a fault detection and diagnosis system designed for the GPS navigation system.
