某300MW 電站鍋爐安裝了一套燃燒監控系統，利用爐本體上分層布置的數個CCD 火焰探頭拍攝爐內燃燒火焰圖像實時計算爐內三維溫度分布，空間分辨率低于1m3，刷新時間不超過5s。本文論述了在解析CCD 串口通信協議的基礎上，基于R485 總線對CCD 參數設置進行遠程控制，以及利用Modbus 協議以串行通信方式實現本系統與DCS 的數據交換，以此實現兩套系統的有機集成與信息共享。

Abstract: The combustion monitoring system has been installed in a 300 MW Power Plant. The 3-D temperature distribution in the boiler furnace can be acquired by the system through a number of CCD flame detectors. The precision of the temperature distribution is less than 1 m3, and the refresh time is less than 5 seconds. In this paper, the method to set the remote CCD (Charge Coupled Device) parameters by RS485 bus is introduced. The method to realize the data exchange between combustion monitoring system and DCS based on the Modbus protocol is introduced too. In this way, the two systems can be well integrated to share the information.
