      直接調制光發射機是將電脈沖信號變換成光脈沖信號。給出直接調制光發射機的系統組成框圖，并詳細論述射級耦合驅動、自動功率控制、自動溫度控制以及慢啟動與限流保護等模塊電路的工作原理，給出電路總體設計。分析討論得到影響電路工作的關鍵元件，并在Multisim 9電路仿真軟件中對其電路進行仿真，獲得各電路中關鍵元器件的參數。
      Abstract:
      ?Directly modulated optical transmitter is to accomplish the processing of the electrical signal, and its function is to transform the electrical pulse signals into the optical pulse signal. The paper introduced the block diagram of the system of the direct modulation optical transmitter, and the working principle and the functions of each module circuit, especially on the emitter-coupled drive circuit, automatic power control circuit, automatic temperature control circuit and laser slow starter and current limiting protection circuit. The whole circuit was desighed according to the working principle and the function of each circuit, and the key components of the circuit parameters were analyzed and discussed. And all the above-mentioned circuits was simulated in the Multisim 9 circuit simulation software to obtain the key components of the circuit parameters.
